Dear All
You will be glad to know that I have got promoted as ADC Kaithal. I have just joined 2 days back. There is huge difference between SDM job and ADC job. Now, I am learning my new job.
About Ellenabad, I have very fond memories. It was enriching experience to work under Dr. J. Ganesan, IAS, DC Sirsa from whom I learnt a lot. I did many new things and got success in most of my experiments to bring transparency in administration. It was a great place where there was no political interference and all the decisions I have taken were appreciated by my seniors and also, by the public at large. People of Ellenabad were also very nice and cordial. Subordinate staff was also hardworking. Also, Ellenabad provided me an opportunity to develop my badminton skills, as there were many good players who were always there in the ground daily playing badminton with me. It seems a thing of just yesterday when I joined at Ellenabad as SDM. With the blessings of Waheguru ji, my tenure as SDM was full of new beginnings for Ellenabad. I have got many experiences which I will definitely share with all of you at some point of life. Needless to say, this para of this article contains self praise and nothing else. :)
My congrats to all those who qualified prelims. Now, the challenge is bigger and harder as compared to previous years because of syllabus and pattern change. Give due emphasis on the topics newly included. Also, writing practice is very important. Always remember not to leave any question of common papers. Do write whatever little is known to you but also don't write anything frivolous, do stick to the topic. Just study, study and study. Don't even thinking of wasting a single minute. Don't think its day or night. Just give your best. Also, never forget to make a plan before study. A good strategy is must to win this battle. And probably this time its not battle but war because of pattern change. My best wishes to all of you.
I am always here with you to guide you. Keep Writing. I assure you to respond you within 24 hours.
May Waheguru G make you an IAS officer....
