I have scanned previous 10 year papers and also, notes of my senior and guide Sh. Varinder Sharma (Punjab Cadre 2009 batch IAS Officer). I must say that my writing style of Punjabi papers was inspired to a large extent by Varinder Sir notes.
He has written all his papers (Inc. GS, Essay and other optional) in Punjabi Language. His writing is very impressive and easy to understand. His word vocabulary is great.
Besides, he is a mentor and guide to me. I feel proud in sharing his notes as well.
I have started e-mailing the notes (total 66MB), but it will be good if someone suggests me a good pdf sharing site and procedure to share. I have received a lot of complaints of uploading.com, so kindly suggest a good one.
